99 night sleep trial

Once you purchase our 99 Day Trial Service product, your 99 nights of sleep will begin automatically. You will have 99 nights to fall in love with your mattress purchase. If you don't like it, you can return it after at least 30 days for a full refund.

Please note: We cover the cost of return only for mattresses. All other items (including Eshinesleep bases, adjustable bases, Eshinesleep pillows and other accessories) are excluded from this trial service Currently, the Eshinesleep experience is only available for items shipped to the contiguous United States.

Errors in ordering, sizing issues, financing, cancellations/requests to cancel and changes in circumstances are not part of the sleep trial and will void your refund eligibility.

Only Eshinesleep mattresses can be returned under the terms of the 99-Night Sleep Trial. Eshinesleep others may be returned at your expense. All other items are sold as FINAL SALE. Any final sale item that is refused, returned or canceled will incur a restocking fee, along with freight charges deducted from your refund.

Only orders placed directly from Eshinesleep include our 99-Night Sleep Trial. Orders placed through Amazon follow the standard Amazon 30-day return policy. If you have questions about your order or initiating a return, please contact Amazon Customer Support.

Since the mattress is still basically brand-new, it's a perfect candidate for donating. We'd love to keep things local, so we may ask for your help in finding a nearby church, charity or nonprofit organization. It's truly a win-win—instead of being destined for a landfill, the mattress goes to someone in need.

Through our 20+ years creating cutting-edge mattress technology, we've learned that both people and mattresses need some time to get used to each other. Most people find that it takes between 2 weeks and 1 month to adapt to a new mattress, especially when switching from foam to innerspring (or vice-versa). At the same time, your new mattress will adjust to your body over those first few weeks, conforming and contouring to your unique shape.
Trying out your mattress for 60 or 90 days is even better, but you're welcome to return your mattress any time after 30 days.

Past 99nights, you're still covered by our industry-leading 15-year limited warranty. Since most people replace their mattresses every 7-10 years, you might not be expecting to keep your new Eshinesleep for 15 years. But rest assured that you can.

Sags greater than 1”, splits, cracks, tears and other defects that develop from normal use during that time are covered by Eshinesleep 's 15-Year Limited Warranty.

If the others doesn't work out, no hard feelings! We know that finding the perfect bed can be super subjective. While other items—like our  Adjustable Base —Any final sale item that is refused, returned or canceled will incur a restocking fee, along with freight charges deducted from your refund.

If you’re totally sure you don’t love the comfort of your  Eshinesleep mattress  we’ll work with you to coordinate the return and your refund. (We’re not crying, we swear... must be these onions we’re cutting up.)

Mattress:
If you’re returning the Eshinesleep mattress , we’ll send you instructions and a prepaid FedEx label to send the cover and electronics back to us. This is required in order to process your return

Others:
Promotions and/or discounts will result in an adjusted refund amount

Others returned under the 99-Night Sleep Trial will need to be shipped back at your expense (don't worry: we'll share our best tips for keeping the shipping expense small!)
